POST-MOLDING SERVICES
Our plastic injection molding services do not stop when the parts eject from the molding machine. Plastic components we manufacture can sometimes require additional work to achieve specified finished parts.
To meet this requirement, we have developed a range of in house post molding operations, and also offer selected outsourced services through our network to complement our in-house capabilities.
A LOOK INTO OUR POST-MOLDING FACILITIES
We understand you may need assistance beyond the injection molding process. That is why we have invested in dedicated departments to fulfill packaging and post molding operations.
Our purpose-built facilities provides natural light and a large working area for our team to work to bespoke customer packing procedures. The team have excellent product knowledge and will complete visual inspection of products as they are packed prior to final release.
The post molding department houses a range of equipment including drilling machines, color mixing machines, pad and silk printers, hot stamps, heat sealers and ultrasonic welders. We have a dedicated area to complete light assembly operations should they be needed.
